Aequitas Research puts out a weekly update on the deals that have been covered by Smartkarma Insight Providers recently, along with updates for upcoming IPOs.
It's been a fairly uneventful week in the ECM space yet again but we are excited about upcoming IPOs.
To start off, Shenzhen Smoore Technology L (0959165D CH)'s IPO in Hong Kong will be an interesting one to keep a look out for given its strong growth and incredible transition into a brand owner with patent products. The company delisted from the NEEQ and was said to be seeking an IPO in Hong Kong. Ke Yan, CFA, FRM has covered the company extensively in:

We are also hearing that Megvii, the facial recognition platform backed by Alibaba, is going ahead with its IPO in Hong Kong. It was said to be filing its documents with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as soon as Friday.
On the other hand though, there had been reports of delay in the Alibaba Group Holding (BABA US)'s Hong Kong listing as per media reports. Sumeet Singh looked at the potential stock connect changes and the potential impact on the listing.
