After this morning's TN-3 buyback (promised in May), KP shares are about 13x Mar25 EPS (as of yesterday's close). At that price, the remaining buyback is another 4.5% of shares out ex-TSY and they've been moving quickly. At the end, they'll still be net cash+securities (i.e. M&A portion, from CB issuance). That's mid 12x EPS and mid-6x AdjEV to EBITDA for a growing/improving co which "gets it."
