Technical Analysis

Nikkei's falling knife low is now showing rally energy again with 29,200 the key level to clear for upside to re test the 30,000 congestion zone and mend the downside undershoot.Two long attempts were stopped out on the way down.We then took a bigger long at 27,050 as a key inflection low on a bet that we at least get a reaction back up. Japan has a history of sharp downside moves followed by recoveries that overshoot on the upside.29,200 is a key pivot to clear or we get a fresh pullback. We outline pullback support and our November upside target.
