betr's Offer remains convoluted, and not superior to MIXI's. And won't be if Betr's share price continues to fluctuate. I don't see how any betr Offer can commence until after ACCC clearance.

Turns out, it was Computershare's fault, and betr's vote was incorrectly excluded. So the Scheme failed, and we now move to Mixi's off-market Offer, which should kick off on Monday (my estimate). Given 95.69% of shares voting (present & via proxy), or 176.6mn (53.2% of shares out), were for Mixi's A$1.20/share bid, you'd think betr's efforts are a lost cause. Unless there's one last wrinkle.
