Prior to the alleged sale, Prosus held ~257mn Meituan shares, ~4.2% of shares out, worth ~US$4.18bn or ~2.2% of Prosus NAV - see latest NAV attached in "Discussions" below. This shareholding remains unchanged as per Prosus' latest NAV. Prosus holds Meituan following Tencent (700 HK)'s distribution in-specie in 2023.
