BACKGROUND
I have 20+yrs experience in Asia doing alternative strategies (i.e. non-delta1 non long-only) in fixed income, equity derivatives, and activist/catalyst/event-driven and long-short equity strategies with most of that time spent managing money. 

4 years in fixed income macro, 8 years running internal hedge fund and 4yrs investment banking at Citi in Japan, 3 years running an Asia multi-strat portfolio at a hedge fund, 4+yrs as an independent special situations analyst.

<li>Nasdaq conducted a market consultation from 2-27 February regarding potential changes to Fast Entry, Calculation of Market Cap for Eligibility Purposes, the Low Float Adjustment, and other small changes.</li>
<li>The result: all measures are approved, some with minor modifications described in the new methodology (going into effect May 1), and the Low Float multiplier is 3x not 5x.</li>
<li>This will likely get SpaceX in when it IPOs, but <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/atlassian-corp" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:21026:1" rel="noopener">Atlassian (TEAM US)</a> is almost certainly out on 17 April, with the add likely to be <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/sandisk-corp" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:1093:1" rel="noopener">Sandisk Corp (SNDK US)</a>. </li>
