T&K TOKA (4636) is an offensively low-priced LBO by Bain announced in August. Business & value have improved since. One hurdle was a stake sale in China. That may be done.

Trading 2% through terms now, and consistently through terms almost every day since the announcement, there is probably enough stock in the AGAINST THE OFFER camp to cause some consternation. The launch of the TOB required a selldown of the Chinese affiliate to below 30%. That's done. The deal should be launched "as soon as possible" after that. It hasn't launched. I would want to be long here.
