4 years in fixed income macro, 8 years running internal hedge fund and 4yrs investment banking at Citi in Japan, 3 years running an Asia multi-strat portfolio at a hedge fund, 4+yrs as an independent special situations analyst.

<a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/zozo-inc" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:18379:1" rel="noopener">ZOZO Inc (3092 JP)</a> has gone ex-div. That means the calculations for the fair value breakeven levels in the <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/yahoo-japan-corp" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:19603:1" rel="noopener">Yahoo Japan (4689 JP)</a> tender offer which is scheduled to start in early October are slightly different, and as promised, I attach the Arb Grids updated for zero div for the rest of the trade.It is still an interesting opportunity.
