We combine fundamental bottom-up views with our proprietary quantitative framework to provide a holistic coverage across new listings and placements. Our coverage includes pre-IPO notes before the deal is launched, follow-up analysis once the deal is live and post-listing trading analysis as well.

<li>A Swedish first mover in the BNPL space went public at $40.00 per share, raising ~$169M of net proceeds. Selling shareholders offloaded ~$1.2B worth of Klarna Group shares.  </li>
<li>Klarna Group reported record results in 3Q as a public company, surpassing analyst expectations. However, net loss widened to $95M and provisions for credit losses jumped.</li>

A Swedish first mover in the BNPL space went public at $40.00 per share, raising ~$169M of net proceeds. Selling shareholders offloaded ~$1.2B worth of Klarna Group shares.
