<li>This is a done deal, helped by the material derating of peers. At the last close and for an early August payment, the gross/annualised spread is 4.3%/21.3%</li>

We had Waypoint REIT (WPR AU) as a delete in December, but the stock was not deleted from the index. We had it as a close delete this time.
