<li>Yesterday, 11% owner <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/kyb-corp" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:16609:1" rel="noopener">Kyb Corp (7242 JP)</a> announced a deal to buy the rest of vehicle coil/leaf spring manufacturer <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/chita-kogyo-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:9882:1" rel="noopener">Chita Kogyo (5993 JP)</a>. The deal comes at a 137% premium.</li>
<li>Even at +137%, it's far too cheap. But  KYB owns 11% and crossholders and insiders another 60+%. This gets done unless there is a hostile TOB over the top.</li>
<li>The stock is small however, and Nagoya-listed, so arbs will find this of limited interest.</li>

Yesterday, 11% owner Kyb Corp (7242 JP) announced a deal to buy the rest of vehicle coil/leaf spring manufacturer Chita Kogyo (5993 JP). The deal comes at a 137% premium.
Even at +137%, it's far too cheap. But  KYB owns 11% and crossholders and insiders another 60+%. This gets done unless there is a hostile TOB over the top.
The stock is small however, and Nagoya-listed, so arbs will find this of limited interest.
