<li>Arc Minerals Limited 0.50p £15.21m (ARCM.L) The exploration Company focused on developing Tier 1 copper deposits announces that the joint venture agreement in respect of the Zambian mining tenements between its subsidiary Unico Minerals Limited with a subsidiary of Anglo American plc has by mutual agreement been terminated and Anglo American has accordingly withdrawn from the joint venture and surrendered its interests, which were held through the joint venture company, Handa Resources Limited.</li>
<li>This follows a protracted period of no drilling activity during 2025. It has been further agreed that circa US$800k will be left in Handa's bank account and Arc will resume control of that company, with Anglo American surrendering its shares in Handa.</li>
<li>The Company reverts to a controlling position of the prospective copper tenements.</li>

<li>AMA will retain a 30% interest in the Project and will enter into a joint venture agreement with GreenTech upon completion of the Sale Agreement.</li>
<li>As a condition to completion of the Transaction, GreenTech is to complete a minimum capital raising of A$3m via a share placement.</li>
</ul>

<li>Total Revenue increased 7.7% to £10.0m (2024: £9.3m) and there was a 74% increase in profit before taxation to £0.8m (2024: £0.5m).</li>
<li>Cash balances were £1.1m as of 31 March 2025 (2024: £1.1m) with a proposed final dividend payment increase of 15.2% to 1.14 pence per share (2024: 0.99 pence) to be paid in September 2025.</li>

<li>Updated 10th June: iFOREX Financial Trading, the fintech business with a proprietary online and mobile trading platform for multi-asset contracts for difference, announced that its proposed IPO onto the Main Market, which was expected to occur in late June, will be delayed.</li>
<li>A routine thematic compliance inspection commenced earlier this year in the BVI, which was disclosed in the Company's Registration Document, requires additional time to enable finalisation ahead of the IPO.</li>
<li>The inspection process is close to completion and the Company anticipates only a short delay to the IPO timetable. </li>

<li>This will be tested in CleanTech Lithium's direct lithium extraction downstream process.</li>
</ul>
