Periscope Analytics focuses on event-driven trades across Asia Pacific and provides comprehensive, timely and systematic coverage of index changes to major Asia Pacific indices in a structured manner.

The analysis includes forecasted inclusions and exclusions to all major Asian indices that have significant amount of tracking assets, including estimates of passive buy/sell flow on the stocks. There are a few stocks that will have same-way flow from passive trackers of the STAR50 INDEX, STAR 100 Index, CSI 500 Index, CSI 1000 Index and CSI A500 Index. 
The round-trip trade across the indices is CNY 2.9bn (US$400m) and will add to the impact across the other China indices that rebalance on the same day.


STAR Chip/ CES Chips/ CNI Chips Index Rebalance Preview: Multiple Stocks with Overlapping Flow

<li>With the review period complete, there could be 50 changes for the <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/csi-smallcap-500-index-shang" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:35347:1" rel="noopener">CSI Smallcap 500 Index</a> and 100 changes for the CSI 1000 Index in June.</li>
