<li>The Offer period is from 23rd February to 24th March, with payment on the 26th March. There is no minimum acceptance condition.</li>

EQT, holding 34.9% of shares out following an SPA in November last year, is offering ₩120k/share for 57.7% of shares out, in a move to voluntary delist the company.
The Offer period is from 23rd February to 24th March, with payment on the 26th March. There is no minimum acceptance condition.

<li>Tender offer price is 120,000 won which is same as the as the acquisition price by EQT for a 34.9% stake in Douzone Bizon in November 2025.</li>
<li>We estimate that post this tender offer, EQT's stake in Douzone Bizon could rise to about 55%-75%, but not enough for a full delisting this time around.</li>

<li>A 31.4% stake of Douzone is now worth  0.91 trillion won (with no premium or discount). </li>
<li>Douzone's chairman Kim has demanded up to twice the market cap of the company for the management rights premium. </li>
</ul>
