<li>After market close on Friday 20th May 2022, the constituency changes for S&amp;P BSE 100, SENSEX 50, and SENSEX Next 50 Indices were announced. </li>
<li>There will be no changes for S&amp;P BSE SENSEX and S&amp;P BSE BANKEX Indices in the June 2022 Rebalance. </li>
<li>These changes will become effective at the open of Monday 20th June 2022. Below is a closer look at each of the names involved in the June 2022 Rebalance.</li>

After market close on Friday 20th May 2022, the constituency changes for S&amp;P BSE 100, SENSEX 50, and SENSEX Next 50 Indices were announced. 
There will be no changes for S&amp;P BSE SENSEX and S&amp;P BSE BANKEX Indices in the June 2022 Rebalance. 
These changes will become effective at the open of Monday 20th June 2022. Below is a closer look at each of the names involved in the June 2022 Rebalance.

<li>Post listing, <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/life-insurance-corp-of-india-lic" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:28829:1" rel="noopener">Life Insurance Corp of India (LIC) (1248Z IN)</a> should be added to the LargeCap segment while <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/delhivery-pvt-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:33471:1" rel="noopener">Delhivery (1058656D IN)</a> should be added to the MidCap segment.</li>
<li>On average, stocks expected to migrate from Mid Cap to Large Cap have outperformed. Stocks expected to migrate from the Large Cap to Mid Cap segment have performed the worst.</li>

Two-Thirds of the way through the review period, we see 7 stocks migrating from MidCap to LargeCap, 8 stocks from LargeCap to MidCap, and 1 new listing added to LargeCap.
Post listing, Life Insurance Corp of India (LIC) (1248Z IN) should be added to the LargeCap segment while Delhivery (1058656D IN) should be added to the MidCap segment.
On average, stocks expected to migrate from Mid Cap to Large Cap have outperformed. Stocks expected to migrate from the Large Cap to Mid Cap segment have performed the worst.

NIFTY100/NIFTY NEXT50 Index Rebalance Preview: Five Potential Changes in March

<li>Near the end of the review period, we see 8 stocks migrating upward from Mid to Large Cap and 9 stocks migrating from Small to Mid Cap.</li>
<li>We expect 12 stocks to migrate downward from Large to Mid Cap and 19 stocks from Mid to Small Cap. Four new listings will be added to the Large Caps.</li>
<li>Historically, the upward migrating stocks have outperformed the stocks migrating lower as the active funds rebalance their portfolios to meet regulations around stocks held based on the fund classification.</li>
</ul>


Near the end of the review period, we see 8 stocks migrating upward from Mid to Large Cap and 9 stocks migrating from Small to Mid Cap.
