<li>For a long time it was cash-rich, then the stock went up. This tender offer at ¥1,900 falls 20% short of the all-time highs hit in H2 2018.</li>
<li>41% of shares out have agreed to tender. There are other cross-holders who make it easier toget to 67%. This should get done easily. </li>

For a long time it was cash-rich, then the stock went up. This tender offer at ¥1,900 falls 20% short of the all-time highs hit in H2 2018.
41% of shares out have agreed to tender. There are other cross-holders who make it easier toget to 67%. This should get done easily.
