Japfa Comfeed’s FY 2020 results were better than expected. There was a healthy rebound, especially in Q4 profitability. Notably, operating cash flows surged to IDR 3.7 tn in Q4 alone, from a minimal level in 9M. Debt was reduced substantially, with short-term debt being cut by three quarters. The financial risk profile improved y-o-y and liquidity was sound. We have revised our Credit Bias to "Stable" from "Negative".
