<li>Investors have high hopes for the licensing cooperation of IBI363. Our guess is a 50:50 licensing deal with MNC is expected, so as to maximize the value/potential of the drug.</li>
<li>Considering Li Ge's rich experience in capital operation, WuXi AppTec’s Placement implies its H-share is already at high level.Investors can consider taking profits, as share price adjustment may be coming.</li>

<li>Since the domestic revenue scale of PD-1 has been much lower-than-expected, the market seems no longer willing to offer GLP-1 weight loss drug high expectations. However, that's not right. </li>
<li>For China healthcare, the emergence of negative domestic policies is a time for reassessment and seeking opportunities, rather than a time of blind pessimism.</li>
<li>Issuing convertible bonds is clearly a bad decision for Microport, which chose to sacrifice the interests of minority shareholders. Together with weak fundamentals/cashflow pressure, the management needs to take responsibility.</li>
</ul>

<li>Mindray has encountered bottleneck in performance growth. So, it urgently hopes to bring "new growth stories". APT Medical’s current growth momentum is commendable, and could also complement Mindray's product line.</li>
<li>We saw poor stock price performance of both after the announcement. High acquisition premium and the possibility that APT Medical’s future performance fall short of expectations are among the reasons. </li>
<li>In fact, both sides got what they wanted. We advise investors to be patient.Perhaps, Mindray would indeed make a breakthrough from this acquisition, which is also a blow to Microport.  </li>
