Chart Partners objective is to discover medium-term cycle turns and profit opportunities before they unfold, within structural trends while preserving capital with clear degrees of risk. We have real return ideas. 

Markets are dynamic and trading systems must reflect this. It is crucial to determine underlying correlations and lead-lag relationships within global markets and the impact on linked instruments. Our weekly Chartonics product gives you short-term trading strategies that can be applied within the medium and longer term macro trends that are mapped out in our strategy updates. 

Our methodology fuses global market variables and isolates drivers in trends. We specialize in FX, index trade in NY and Asia with a focus on Asian stocks. 

Technical Analysis

<li>RTY long is falling short of our 1,850 PT. SPX met the 3,820/40 tactical top target outlined last week (rally from SPX 3,700). A C-wave decline is expected to 3,650.</li>
<li>DXY near support while yield remains elevated is at odds. DXY rally due from 110/109.50 and if yield push higher will see equities buckle.</li>
<li>NDX is the U/P short to add back to below 11,300. SPX long support zone rests at 3,650/20 with 3,600 the critical pivot to spur a fresh rise.</li>

This is not of course the first time this year, we have had previous tentative steps to move our model portfolios away from their dominant cash position, but they have proved to be merely bear squeezes, false signals only to be met with selling into the rally.</li><li>Our indicators are multi facetted, but one short-cut way to express this market behaviour visually is to look at the Bloomberg Fear and Greed Index for the S&amp;P 500.</li><li>This is a technical index known as an oscillator and is designed to try and capture which directional movement is more ‘powerful’ at any point.</li></ul>
