<ul><li>Strategic pivot to retain SVN-001 value. Solvonis has shifted from pursuing an earlier-stage out-licensing strategy for its lead development asset for alcohol use disorder (AUD) toward advancing SVN-001 through Phase 3 internally.</li><li>Tennyson cited improved investor and regulatory sentiment toward psychedelic-adjacent CNS therapies in the US and the proximity to a major Phase 3 data readout as key factors underscoring the management’s belief that significantly more value will be available to Solvonis shareholders at the end of the Phase 3 by keeping it in-house. </li><li>He also reminded us of the exceptional Phase 2 study data, which showed abstinence rising from 2% pre-treatment to 86% in the six months post-treatment on the active arm, plus a statistically significant reduction in heavy drinking days versus placebo.</li></ul>
