<li>In this insight, we take a look at Quiddity's estimates for the names leading the race to become ADDs/DELETEs for the DAX, MDAX, and SDAX Indices.</li>
<li>At present, I do not see any movements between the DAX and MDAX indices.</li>
<li>However, there could be two changes between the MDAX and SDAX index and there could be one more ADD/DEL for the SDAX index.</li>

In this insight, we take a look at Quiddity's estimates for the names leading the race to become ADDs/DELETEs for the DAX, MDAX, and SDAX Indices.
At present, I do not see any movements between the DAX and MDAX indices.

STX Europe 600 members Credit Suisse (CSGN SW) and Vantage Towers (VTWR GR) could possibly get deleted in the next few months triggering intra-review ADDs.
Separately, I see 3 more ADDs and DELs for the STX Europe 600 index in the regular review in June 2023.

<li>Vantage Towers and Oak Holdings have concluded a delisting agreement after all takeover conditions were met. Oak Holdings intends to offer a cash consideration of €32/share to holdouts.</li>
<li>The stock is trading 4.25% above the delisting offer price, thus it seems difficult that a lot more shares will be tendered.</li>
<li>Elliot has a 5.61% stake in Vantage Towers, enough to prevent a squeeze-out and can exert pressure to obtain the DPLTA to include favorable terms (higher interest).</li>
</ul>


Vantage Towers and Oak Holdings have concluded a delisting agreement after all takeover conditions were met. Oak Holdings intends to offer a cash consideration of €32/share to holdouts.
The stock is trading 4.25% above the delisting offer price, thus it seems difficult that a lot more shares will be tendered.
Elliot has a 5.61% stake in Vantage Towers, enough to prevent a squeeze-out and can exert pressure to obtain the DPLTA to include favorable terms (higher interest).
