Now Glass Lewis has joined ISS in recommending holders vote against the merger. I have seen no content about WHY but I presume it is the ratio. Tsuruha complains that Glass Lewis and ISS did not understand. The total foreign vote should be ~30% +/-2%. If retail avoids voting, that MIGHT be enough but some Japan mgrs vote some of those shares. Orbis REALLY needs domestic passive to vote against.
