If significant value accretion can be achieved, expect terms to be firmed. If you can take down Superloop borrow cheaply, be long Symbio, short Superloop here. Outright long Symbio also looks good.

Symbio has received a Best and Final NBIO from Superloop. Terms are as per the earlier indicative Offer: A$1.425 in cash and 2.14 Superloop shares for each Symbio share. Subject to scale back, Symbio shareholders can achieve an overall consideration mix of up to 60% cash or up to 60% scrip. The offer also contemplates the same fully franked dividend to Symbio shareholders prior to implementation.
