<li>Those indicative terms backed out an implied price of A$2.85/share, or a 20% premium to undisturbed.  Now <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/aussie-broadband-pty-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:30812:1" rel="noopener">Aussie Broadband (ABB AU)</a> has snuck in with a superior cash/scrip Offer.</li>
