<li>The share buyback seems designed to enable the CNBM parent company to bypass the creeper rule and squeeze the shorts. </li>
<li>The buyback is unattractive and will leave minorities short-changed, weakening a stretched balance sheet. Nevertheless, while potentially tricky, the votes should pass. </li>
