<li>On the 6 November, cloud communication outfit <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/whispir-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:29125:1" rel="noopener">Whispir (WSP AU) </a> <a href="https://cdn-api.markitdigital.com/apiman-gateway/ASX/asx-research/1.0/file/2924-02736167-3A630162" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced</a> a A$0.46/share unconditional Offer, in cash, from mobile messaging software play Soprano Design.</li>
<li>The Offer price was a 92% premium to Whispir’s recent private placement, and a 60% premium to the undisturbed price. Whispir rejected the Offer.</li>
<li>Pendula subsequently emerged with a A$0.57/share NBIO. Soprano "countered" with A$0.52/share. Pendula upped its indicative Offer to A$0.60/share. An independent expert's fair value is between A$0.486/share-A$0.565/share.</li>

Pendula subsequently emerged with a A$0.57/share NBIO. Soprano "countered" with A$0.52/share. Pendula upped its indicative Offer to A$0.60/share. An independent expert's fair value is between A$0.486/share-A$0.565/share.

There will be 4 Adds and 5 Deletes for the ASX 200 Index, mostly in line with our expectations in S&amp;P/​​​​ASX Indices: Quiddity Leaderboard for June 2022 Rebalance 2.0.

S&P ASX June 2022 Rebalance: ADDs Are Mostly Mining Companies; DELs Are Mostly Tech/Financials

<li>Online auto parts and service provider <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/infomedia-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:11385:1" rel="noopener">Infomedia Ltd (IFM AU)</a> has received a second non-binding proposal  - by way of a Scheme - this one from PE outfit Battery Ventures. </li>
<li>The Offer price is A$1.75/share, a 36.7% premium to last close, and a A$0.05/share premium to TA/Viburnum's proposal earlier this month. </li>
<li>As with TA, Battery has been granted limited due diligence. With a 19.4% stake, TA remains very much in the driver's seat.</li>
</ul>
