<li>The process is lacking as Fujitsu declined to conduct an auction. The offer is below the midpoint of the IFA DCF valuation range, and the Board requested price.</li>

<li>Seven &amp; i Holdings aims to double sales to 30 trillion yen by 2031 and expand to 100,000 stores across 30 countries, up from current 84,652 stores.</li>
<li>Carrier Global’s Q3 results missed expectations, with sales falling short by about 10% and earnings missing by 5%, sending the stock down 9%. Not all bad for Daikin. </li>
