Periscope Analytics focuses on event-driven trades across Asia Pacific and provides comprehensive, timely and systematic coverage of index changes to major Asia Pacific indices in a structured manner.

The analysis includes forecasted inclusions and exclusions to all major Asian indices that have significant amount of tracking assets, including estimates of passive buy/sell flow on the stocks. <li>There is a large allocation to cornerstone investors. The discount of around 22% to the A-shares is attractive given the recent trend for <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/midea-group-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:43993:1" rel="noopener">Midea (300 HK)</a> and <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/contemporary-amperex-technology-catl-co-limited" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:45179:1" rel="noopener">CATL (3750 HK)</a>. </li>

Inclusion in the HSCI should be in September and Southbound Stock Connect in July. </li>

Foshan Haitian Flavouring &amp; Food (603288 CH)'s global offering opens today and the raise could reach up to US$1.5bn if the offer-size adjustment option and the overallotment option are exercised.

Bigger news, of course, was China's "Bazooka" which LOOKS exciting. Stocks are up 15-20% in four days. Lots of BIG numbers are being thrown around. Not everything is "real money."
