ZIP announced that it would acquire Sezzle in an all-stock deal. It also announced its earnings and that it would raise A$149m (A$107m) from a placement.

<li>Zip reported a $214.3mn today.  As Quinlan Associates put it, the Asia Pacific BNPL industry is more like "Buy Now, Pray Later". </li>

Zip (Z1P AU) is offering 0.98 Zip shares for every Sezzle (SZL AU) share, a 22% premium to last close.  Zip is raising $148.7mn to fund the deal.
Sezzle is incorporated in Delaware, therefore the merger is subject to those takeover rules, not ASX rules. 
Zip reported a $214.3mn today.  As Quinlan Associates put it, the Asia Pacific BNPL industry is more like "Buy Now, Pray Later".

Zip Co Ltd (Z1P AU) has also announced a A$148.7m fully underwritten institutional placement and a A$50m non-underwritten share placement plan to strengthen its balance sheet.

<li>An ad hoc rebalance was announced for the KOSDAQ150 following Osstem being designated an 'Administrative Issue'. In IPO world, we have LIC in India and SBI Sumishin NetBank coming up.</li>
<li>Friday was the review cutoff date for the March rebalance of the ASX200 Index. The ATO has provided Aventus with the tax ruling and that creates a timing issue.</li>
