VEDL looks at spinning off businesses; the Supreme Court allows GOI to sell its stake in Hindustan Zinc (HZ IN); and the promoters try to up their stake by 4.5%.
Along with the ADR withdrawal, this sets up for an interesting Q2 2022.

Shareholder activism is on the rise in India. Institutional shareholders are making their vote count. Proxy advisor firms are also playing a role in guiding institutions to leverage their voting rights prudently.
