Our process begins by organizing the universe of actively traded stocks into discrete sectors, then into industry groups. We then apply our technical and quantitative tools to identify developing price trends. Once attractive trends are identified within a selected sector or group, we screen for individual stocks which we believe offer the best risk/reward profile. We provide a historical perspective that often reveals, through our long-term charts, how price patterns often repeat themselves over time.

The S&amp;P 500, Nasdaq 100 (QQQ), and Russell 2000 (IWM) have all rallied to logical resistance; if they are able to break above and stay above their respective resistance levels it would signal the end of the current consolidation phase. U.S. Equity Strategy: Testing Key Resistance; Downgrading Health Care

Our outlook remains bullish and we continue to recommend adding exposure on pullbacks. At the moment it is difficult to point to any problems in the market aside from increasingly bullish sentiment from market participants and the worry that things are getting overheated and over-extended. In today’s report we highlight attractive Groups and stocks within Energy and Materials: Oil &amp; Gas Equip/Svcs., Large-Cap, Oil &amp; Gas Equip/Svcs., Small-Cap, Metals, Steel, Integrated, U.S., and Aluminum.

Our outlook remains bullish and we continue to recommend adding exposure on pullbacks. U.S. Equity Strategy: Market Too Good To Be True?

Yesterday’s break below 3425 short-term support in the S&amp;P 500 opens the door for potential visits to 3325 and 3200, two important support levels we are watching moving forward. With that said, as long as 3200 holds (the September lows) we are constructive and would be buyers on a pullback. At the same time, small-caps are providing a risk-on signal with the Russell 2000 (IWM) still holding above $159 short-term support. Leadership from small-caps is something we would expect to see in a broad-based bull market, and if IWM is above $159 it is hard to get too bearish overall.

The cash from the sale will more than cover COVID losses, the restructuring and restore TKA to health. A management prioritising productivity and margin over revenue should transform both P&amp;L and cashflow. We estimated 16-19,000 job cuts, but with the new plan, 23,000 jobs and E6bn of revenue will be off-loaded. The supervisory board has a poor track record, but the shareholder appointees have been renewed so they may deliver. Investors can buy cash at a discount with a free option on a turnaround. On 2.5x EV/fEBITDA, it is time to BUY:
