Market Leadership in High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Underpins Exceptional Growth: SK Hynix has established an industry-defining leadership position in advanced DRAM architectures, commanding dominant market share in HBM3 and HBM3E supply to Tier-1 artificial intelligence accelerator customers. This structural advantage, powered by its proprietary Mass Reflow Molded Underfill (MR-MUF) packaging technology, propelled annual revenues to ₩97.1tn in 2025 and further accelerated to ₩79.3tn in Q2 2026 alone, accompanied by operating margins well above industry historical averages.

Robust Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Shielding Against Structural Legacy Pressures: Despite long-term competitive headwinds from emerging Chinese DRAM manufacturers such as ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) in commodity server memory, SK Hynix's multi-year free cash flow trajectory (100.93% 3-year FCF CAGR) and strong balance sheet resilience (4/5 Smartscore) provide defensive padding and capital allocation flexibility to fund next-generation HBM4 nodes and enterprise SSD innovations.
