Unfortunately for the company, since the deal was launched, most of its peers have had a horrid time as the market has battered most of the housing finance companies. Thus, while the shares appeared expensive, to begin with, they appear even more expensive now.</p>
<p>In this insight, I'll provide an update on the valuations since deal closing, keeping in view the turmoil faced in the sector. I've also provided a table highlighting the implied valuations at different share price levels.</p>
